1-We are fully responsible for you own safety starting from meeting you in the airport and during your tour with us until you finish the tour and take your flight back.

2-Your own belongings are your responsibility outside the tour time, we will care for your beginnings and your safety when you are with us.

3-We pledge to provide all means of comfort and safety and meet all your needs, whatever they are, in the event that you want to change the tour schedule, start dates and transfers, and in the event that you want to change the car, driver or tour guide, we are always available to serve you only

4-You have the right to change and choose the places of visit before you start your tour. Tickets for the selected places are paid if the tour do not include tickets

5-You have the choice either to pay online the whole amount or when you arrive

6-You will have a reciept with all the details of your tour and all the services you will have and the amount of money paid.

7-If you have any complain or inquiry about the tour, you can send to us any time through our means of communication shown in the website, we have a staff dedicated to serve you.

8-We can make for you a tailor made programs if you like, just tell us what you want and we will make that happen

Payment Method

1-A Deposit will be paid in advance before you arrive to guarantee your reservation and start making the preparations for your tour program like booking the car and tour guide.

2-The rest of the money can be paid upon arrival

3-You can pay the whole amount online through credit cards (Master and Visa). We provide a safe method of paying online.

4-You will be notified of Any additional payment during your tour

1-The company does not store, sell, share, rent, or lease credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to third parties.

Cancelation Policy

1-The Deposit is nun-refundable.

2-In case of full payment and cancellation, 30% of the amount will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded through your personal account

3-If you book a package tour for many days and when you arrive here and want to cancel some items of the program and you already paid the whole amount, we will make a refund to you for the canceled items
